just getting my outdoor kitchen cleaned up and ready for a all nite pre party/cook for my nephews graduation party sunday. 227 lbs of pork butts and all the fixins. I haven't done a big cook since fall and I'm really looking forward to it. I've finally settled on what cookers to use, I was going to use my trailer rig (only cooker big enough) but this winter I built a cabinet and haven't done a cook with it filled to the max so I'm going to fill it and get some help from my insulated rf stick burner. wish me luck and if I can remember i'll post some pics.

Looking over your kitchen, equipment, and tools it would appear you have some experience and know what to heck your doing. I can't offer any advise as I'm sure you could teach us all a trick or two. Wish I was there to help. I do love a big cook and party for family and friends.

I propose to just sit back, watch, and enjoy the show. Carry on Brother!

good morning, everything on time or a little ahead of schedule, just the way I like it.

Looks like you had a fine night. A little more info on the trailer smoker please.

the trailer I'm using is a insulated rf, well the cooking chamber is insulated with 2" of ceramic fiber then wrapped in stainless the firebox is lined with fire brick. I'm in on it with my buddy he's the brains behind it and the real builder. it's taken some time to figure it out and we have had to make a couple adjustments. it's so heavy you can't really pull it down the road we just move it between the shop and my house 2 miles of back road we didn't plan on putting it on a trailer we were just going to move it with his loader.
