CATEGORY DESCRIPTION - READ BEFORE ENTERING

"Steak with a "T"!" T-bone or Porterhouse steaks cooked with-in the standard throwdown rules. Other t-bone or porterhouse type steaks like lamb or pork also qualify.

You may submit entries that are cooked from Friday 5/27/16 through the entry submission deadline of 12pm (NOON), Central US Time on Monday 6/6/16.

Simple T-Bone Entry

I picked up a T-Bone for dinner tonight because my son does not like salmon!

The steak was great and my son really liked the "soft chewiness" of the filet side. The twice-baked spuds were also good, no need for a salad or veggie!
