This was one of the breakfasts during my last camping trip to the lake.
Used my little charcoal cooker. Placed the hot coals on one end of the cooker.
Seasoned the chops with DINKS, then grilled them.
Placed a griddle on the cooker. Not sure where I got the griddle but it almost fits perfectly on the home made cooker.
moved the grilled chops to the cooler end of the cooker then cooked some hashbrowns...
scooched my taters over and cooked a few onions and shrooms in butter...
scooched my shrooms over and scrambled the eggs..
topped the eggs with smoked cheese...
That's it..... breakfast was ready.
removed the griddle from the heat....
I added fruit to the plate to make the meal look healthy.
This is one of my favorite camp breakfasts. It's simple and fairly quick to make.
