Co-worker offered to bring in some chuck roasts if I would "cook them in that water thing". Cookout at work? Count me in. We decided to have a spread for some steak sandwiches. These were sous'd at 132 for 28 hours under my desk and then seared on the grill.

No sandwich shot but man it is good. I asked fellow co-workers if they wanted to put my meat in their mouth and all obliged. Always enjoy the reaction people get when explained how it was made. Is it Friday yet?
