A little pricey at $16.99/lb but I could tell the difference from the prime that we usually get. More marbling and flavorful.

Cooked on the OFB flipping every 20s or so until 130. Might take it a little bit higher next time

Would love try a roast next time if they have it :clap:

That looks about right to me. I'd pull at 115 and let is rest longer but that's just me. You DO want to cook a Wagyu a little more.

I'd be wolfing that down for sure.
