2 Smokers I REALLY Want!

I would love to have a Lang 36", but for me right now portability is king. Do a lot of tailgating and camping, plus when I travel somewhere to smoke, I'm usually a one-man show loading and unloading. The stuff I have now fits those categories.

My wife bought me a Humphrey's DownEast Beast for Christmas and have already got rid of one drum smoker and thinking about letting my masterbuilt go to my daughter also. The beast is unbelievable in the cold weather and heat retention.

Great taste Smitty. Same thing I want except a BB instead of the Pint. I would go ahead and order the BB but the shipping costs are so exorbitant that it makes me pause. I make great Q on my UDS's and COS. Hard to add another $500 after options and shipping to the cost. Not like I make money from it.

The main reason of wanting these cookers other than they are more convienent to cook on is the larger capacity when I do charity cooks (church and firefighters). My last cook of 12 butts like to have killed me.
