This is one of my favorite marinades for pork.. especially loins or tenderloins.
I haven't cooked it for awhile.

The marinade....
(make a double batch if needed to cover the meat)
2 cloves minced garlic
one "thumb sized" piece of fresh ginger peeled and minced
3 tsp sherry
3 1/2 TBS soy sauce
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 TBs honey
1/2 tsp five spice
and about 1/2 tsp red food coloring
I put two tenderloins in the marinade overnight..
grilled over hot coals til about 140F internal..
It went really quick, maybe 25 minutes..
sliced and served with rice noodles..
I drizzled mine with hot chile sauce...
I like this marinade, it really adds a nice flavor to pork.
Thanks for looking!
