It all looks great. I was thinking that the jumbo dog is pretty huge looking next to those ribs

It's the same dog that Sam's serves in their snack bar. They are not in the meat case, but my buddy asked them to sell him some and sure enough they did.

Yeah, I use a woo type extender ring, regular grate, 1/4 sheet pan with foil, BGE grate extender.
