Hmmm, that looks terrific.
 
Damn, that looks good! I do something similar using Johnsonville smoked sausage with peppers and onions caramelized in a Abita Turbo Dog reduction. Mmmm Mmmmm!
 
Looks very good. I need to add some other flavors to my cooks.
 
Excellent Brats! The sauteed peppers and onions in beer are a nice touch.
