Chicken breast marinade

We are doing a cook at work tomorrow. Doing spareribs, country style ribs, hotlinks and chicken breasts.

We are brining the chicken breasts.

Question is: marinade for the the breasts.

There is the Italian dressing, bbq sauce, honey and mustard, etc.

What are your suggestions??

If you are brining, you don't need a marinade. Just put a rub on and go to town!

Feel free to brine and then marinade. I have done it, and others too.

You can also just tweak your brine and add stuff to that.

Italian dressing works well and I've also used Vidalia Onion salad dressing/marinade.

Well, went ahead and marinaded, it is what they wanted me to do.
Used orange juice, orange jelly, syrup, honey, brown sugar, garlic, soy sauce, habenero mustard, and chopped onion. They are out in the smoker right now. Ribs and sausage are cooling and the taters are in the oven.

Work is hell!!
