Building my offset and got it mounted on a trailer. Planned on building a box to store wood and whatever else have about 4 foot by 4 foot area to add whatever to make life easier. And weight is not an issue. I could use extra weight to counter weight the smoker. What do you guys recommend?

what do you plan to do w/it?
if it's for catering , I'd go w/a propane burner for versatility(shrimp boils, beans....etc)
if it's for competition, maybe a warming rack
if it's for general backyard bbqing, maybe a kegerator

Spare tire holder. Forgot to add one on the bubba grill. Man wish I had one. The spare seems to aalways be in the way.

Definitely a spare tire if you don't have one. You don't want to have to abandon the smoker on the side of the road to go get a new tire just to come back and find it gone.
