Cowboy at Costco's for 34lbs is regularly priced at $19.99 a bag....
Saw it there yesterday.

They're advertising it at my local store as a new price, and it's been 9.97 there for a couple of months now.

Slightly off topic, I found a bit of insulation in my last bag.
 
Bags got smaller this year. Was 17.x now 15.x. I think 9.97 is going to be regular price
