Had some time to take the Shirley out. I recently installed a winch system which makes taking her out and putting her in much easier.

I smoked up a pork butt and brisket and a few ABTs. Served them up with some leftover thanksgiving sides and a homemade apple pie. Both meats were killer. The flavor just can't be matched by my Kamados.

I should probably get busy and get married soon---a lot of food for one guy haha.

Great cook!!!

I picked my Shirley up last month.........and am marrying a vegematarian!!!!

Even though she doesn't eat it she'll handle it. She's good. Just grill her some veggies or fish and she's happy.

She does love the smell though.

Enjoy your Shirley, although it's hard not to.
