Some folks don't care for fungus...so there's your warning! :laugh:

Ok i picked up some portobello mushroom the other day for the purpose of stuffed mushrooms i wanted to try on the smoker.

This is a breaded stuffing i saw from one of my favorite youtuber cooks.








The Jimmy "Jaime" needed some love since i haven't used her in a while!





I'll let you know when they're done...I have no idea. It's going 350 w/ the thinnest of TBS right now! :becky:

I've been stuffing baby 'bellas all summer too! Half grated Hautly White Chedder, half Hautly Parmesan and half crispy cob smoked bacon is the stuffing. 30 minutes at 350 with a touch of cherry smoke.

I thought I had some pics of the finished product but I can't find em.

I leave em on the foil as I like to drink the juice when they're done.

I keep coming back to these. They sound great. I have two Portobello's in the fridge, but they have a special purpose coming soon.

Those look great. What exactly was in the stuffing?

It's a simple stuffing with Italian loaf, fresh parsley, fresh parmesan cheese, garlic, s&p and olive oil. The next batch i'm gonna add minced sauteed onions and melted butter...that sounds good.
