Cajun Bandit 18" Reversible Rotisserie Ring

I got one and I'm using it on my 30 Gallon REDRUM! But that doesn't mean you can't use it on your 18" WSM or Kettle!

First cook, I used the Char-Broil Universal Basket, some wings marinated in Aloha Barbecue Sauce, Oakridge BBQ Venison & Wild Game rub over the top and got the Hulu-Huli goin' on over a small load of KBB and a Guava chunk for smoke.

Nothing fancy, very moist with a good kiss of smoke and direct heat.

I just love chicken cooked on the Drum.

Those are my favorite setups swamp! I love my BP, Roti, WSMjr (Jimmy) and will do Dennis's UDS pellet pooper down the road.

Yes, it is reversible to fit a WSM or 18" kettle.
