Carne Asada Easter Dinner
Mr. and Mrs. Smoke Dawg love our Carne Asada so we decided to have it for Easter dinner
Started with some Outside Shirt Steak and some friends. Seasoned it up for a bit and then into the marinade for a soak.

Looks great Smoke Dawg! One of my favorite meals at our local (wanna be Tex Mex) joints. They use thin sliced rib eyes instead of skirt steaks. More tender of course, but not as tasty as a skirt steak grilled over open fire with lots of flavored grilled onions. Makes me want to go fire up the "rusted out el cheapo grill" and cook some. Only problem other than it being after 11 PM at night, is I don't have any meat to cook. Darn!!
