Empty house and I'm smoking!

Picked up a rack of baby backs, chicken wings, and threw on some ABT's too!

Bringing the egg up to temp.

About 2 hrs in to the rib cook.

An hour or so after adding the wings and ABT's.

Finished ribs

My meal for the night plus a nice hometown craft beer.

No, KBS is still hard to get. Being such a big beer town you would think some of the limited edition stuff would be easy to find but its not. Everybody knows about it so places sell out of it quick. I scored one bottle this year and that's because a coworker gave it to me.
