This is an easy and delicious way to use up any extra pulled pork, or even a great alternative to pulled pork sliders.

Fresh smoked pulled pork, on a grilled corn tortilla with melted colby blend cheese, topped with a fresh home made salsa and a dash of you’re favorite hot sauce. (Queso Fresco, sour cream, and or avocado would also be great toppers) serve with a slice of lime and a Margarita.
