No wrap 2.5 hour ribs and some wings

Neighbors have the best timing....as soon as the food was ready they were knockin at the door wanting to try some!


2.5 hours at 275-300 no wrap and sauce the last 20 min. Wings were seasoned with my new rub from the trade that Terry sent me, it was tasty!

I'd love to have a plate of that in front of me right now!

I wasn't planning to cook today, but you folks are pushing me closer to going to the Commissary for a rack of ribs!
 
Next time I'm passing through VA I know where I'm stopping to eat....looks delish
 
Bigbears, Terry (THoey1963) sent me some rub for the Cinco De Mayo trade. It smells really good and its tasty!

Coated the wings in some olive oil, touched with a little SPG and then used this rub on them...cooked them over some charcoal and chunks of Oak, and hit them with direct heat before yanking them off. Put them in a bowl, and poured some sauce on them and stirred them around in the bowl....and at the hell out of them :)
