By the way the probe is in a different place then the thigh now!
 
Looking good so far. Good thinking with the glove. My brother in law did not think of that & melted his digital. It was kinda funny.

I enjoy the game hens.
 
I meant the little one...that's a chicken, right?
 
Very nice looking Domestic Fowl, I learned that over in the woodpile!. Great looking eats, don't ya just love that Masterbuilt?

I do, I wish it was a little bit bigger.

I've never had such a juicer chicken & Domestic fowl in my life!

Thanks guys, I really had a fun time tending to my masterbuilt.

Next are ribs ( a trail run with the 3-1-1 method )

By the way, Can you actually have talent in smoking when you never done it before?

Yuppers Ron, I'm really loving the MES 30'in except for the size, that's the only bother ( con ) I have with it......

How am I going to smoke 6 ribs at once? when I only have 4 racks?

You're on your way there! Not sure what to recommend on fitting all those ribs in there, except maybe do them 3 at a time?
