I make these often. Cheap, tasty and leftovers for lunches.

Bought a 8.5 picnic for $.99/lb.

Made a quick Mojo.
1/4 cup EVOO
1 TBS minced Garlic
2 tsp Adobo w/pepper
2 tsp Lemon Juice
2 pkgs of Goya Sazon w/Coriander & Annatto
1 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp blk pepper
1 tsp salt (I do not add this)

Give it a whirl in the bullet and inject the pork well.

Let this go in the PBC for @4 hrs.

Pulled at 160 IT. I usually let it go a little longer, but I was Hongary. :heh:

And plated with some corn and beans. A real simple dinner for a nice Sunday evening on the deck.

Thanks for looking.

Looks good and great price too. Do you ever cook it more and use it for pulled pork?

Thanks. I usually use pork butts for pulled pork. But I have used picnic shoulders before. I just take off the skin before cooking.

Yea looks great Sam! I need to chunk some up more besides doing pp all the time. You just gave me an idea for a cook. Gonna do a ham and smoke some pinto beans...maye hang the ham over the beans and let drippings give them some extra flavor.

Looks great.

Shop Rite use to put them on sale for 49 Cents a pound.
Needless to say at that price I would buy a load of them. Unfortunately I haven't
see them at that price for a long time. The lowest I see them for now is $1.29 a pound.
