HELLO BRETHREN! Mike Shirk here from upstate ny,hudson valley region.,I just recently came across a real good deal on a nice smoker..it needs a little tlc {some grinding & paint},but seems to be well made. i dont know too much about it,other than it was built in texas & weighs about 400-500 lbs. i hope to be ready to try it out this weekend,im sure it will be some trial & error,i have some pork ribs,,seasoned apple wood & some oak...wish me luck!
