Full Fledged Farker
...is fantastic. We've had it on skirt steak and chicken so far. Both were outstanding. It's definitely not a typical BBQ type rub. It's mildly sweet with some savory and just the tiniest hint of spice and heat. I think it would also mix with a lot of other rubs really well.
