Did a little pizza on the shirley this weekend..

Homemade Italian sausage, caramelized onions, baby bellas soaked in balsamic, fresh garlic, basil, garden tomatoes, and some sun dried tomato pesto for sauce.

Let's see...there's hot sopressata, shaved fennel, sausage, onions, mushrooms, black olives, basil and fresno chiles...Super Supreme!

Its pizza night. Got the pie all ready.

Sometimes Dad calls at the worst time.
Good thing i had 2 doughs. The second pizza was ham and pineapple.



My pizzas are finally getting passable, still a long way to go.

Yes, it's there now, wasn't there earlier. This has been a photobucket issue lately. Hopefully we're all good now.
 
Pizza TD Entry

Here's my entry. I made a pan pizza in the cast iron skillet after goosing my cooker to 400 degrees or so. I used a focaccia style dough, homemade pizza sauce, whole milk mozz, ricotta, sopressata, sausage, black olives, red onion, fresno pepper, shaved fennel, mushroom, fresh basil.

Here's a video I shot of the pizza sizzling in the pan straight out of my stickburner:
