Alright, got a new welded basket. 17*11. Put half chimney nice and hot. Temps rose quickly so I've capped three intakes. Running 291 and climbing. Put a three and a half pound pork loin injected and seasoned well, then covered in bacon. I will keep updates but right now I'm liking this drum.

My food probe is way off. I've had it almost four years. Time for a new one but I've got the super fast red thermopen.
 
Rolling along great. Won't be long and it will be time to sauce up.
 
Well the uds ran great and could easily stayed at 300 for hours. It's a keeper. I was sitting outside with my daughter and let the pork go a little high but it will be good. Flavor was great.
