Picked up my New Humphrey's today. Right now it is dialed in at 225 and it will sit there for 3 hours to set the gasket. That's according to the instructions.

Then I have a pork fatty and beef fatty to go on and some mac n cheese.

Tomorrow I'm getting an old 1/4 inch steel Brinkman offset. My buddy is moving to Alabama and asked if I could hold and use for two years or end up keeping. Not sure how will configure my setup in my bbq area yet.

Perfect size cooker! I'd love to have one in my lineup.
 
Nice!!! Pretty sure I see a few square inches of space left for the stick burner...;-)
