New seasoning for pastrami I been using

A Few months ago I was killing time on Amazon and this seasoning popped up. I have been using it to make pastrami and then I top the first coat off with course black pepper. I then browned some sweet potatoes carrots and one lonely red potato I found in the fridge. After browning in butter passed that in the oven at 350 for 35 minutes or so. Finally tossed some pasta with EVOO and butter again, peas, green onions, and fresh basil. Thanks for looking.

I LOVE pastrami. I tried ordering a corned beef flat this week to smoke but Walmart grocer didn’t come through. Apparently they ran out. I keep reading snout finishing pastrami in the pressure cooker to get it tender. Anybody ever done that?
 
It looks like it has all the ingredients, and it's coarse.
