nothin special, just did some pork steaks on the weber q. havn't used it in over 6 months.
used it today between the rain. just a simple cook but i havn't grilled anything since christmas day.

I love pork steaks too. It's can be hard to find em here. Sometimes, I cut them into 1" squares and use them instead of meatballs in spighetti sauce.
