The 5th Annual Frostbuster BBQ was held this past weekend in Colo, Ia.
If you don't know what the Frostbuster is all about, here is a quick overview.
We (Smokehouse 72 BBQ) sign up 12 teams and 12 judges(all CBJ's) to come compete in a KCBS format BBQ contest. The entry fees are kept low and there is no monetary payout. The payout is comes from all the information you receive from this event.
We judge everything just like a regular contest only at the end of judging, we bring the teams, one by one, to go over their scores with the judges.
It's been a big hit for the teams and judges.
Also, big thank you to the brethren that supported this event. You are the best!! See list below.
