2016 has been incredible year in barbecue for Pots BBQ. This is our 3rd year as a pro team. This year we've cooked 12 events. And received 1-GC, 3-RGC's, 2 - scores over 700. (Lawrenceville 707.38 and Atlanta 705.08) and 3 - 180's. 8 Overall Top Ten Finishes with over 30 Top Ten calls.
And now Pot and I are thrilled to announce the first two dates for our Pots BBQ School that will be held in Madison Ga. Below are the Saturday and Sunday dates along with the applications for you to download. Here are the highlights of the class.
School Cost $300, $250 per team mate, $150 spouse (add $10 if using PayPal)
(To receive the teammate discount it has to be a "Full-time" team mate!)
*Full KCBS competition style class Chicken
(Thighs & Legs), Ribs, Pork, Brisket
*Meat selection process along with trimming, rubs,
sauces, and injections
*Cooking techniques, Flavor profiles, and Cooking
timelines
* Final box presentation and sampling of all four
categories
*Class will start at 2pm on Saturday with dinner at 6.
We will provide breakfast Sunday morning and end
around 3pm but will stay until all questions are
answered
To be fair to everyone we are doing a first come first served basis on filling the classes. Classes will only have 15 people so we can be very hands on. So please get your applications/payments in as soon as possible. But don't worry if both classes fill up we will have another class in March if needed. So Please share this with anyone you think might be interested!!!
