Boneless chicken legs and ribs...

So, I'm planning on doing the ribs that I've rubbed tomorrow, but I've also got some boneless chicken legs in a nice little marinade. Is it possible to cook them in the same smoker? I've got a modified ECB...

I know the ribs need 3-4 hours at 225°F, but chicken needs a higher temp, right? So...Any suggestions? Or do I just have to do the legs in the oven?

Any advice will be mucho appreciatedos!

I would do the rib at that temp and while the ribs are resting in a cooler, bump the temp up and cook the chicken. If it is boneless it will not take that long to get done. Then when you are ready to serve the ribs take them out and firm them up on the hot smoker.

Good luck.

You are a genius, and I am a retard. Thank you for your sage advice!

No just inexperienced. I am no smarter than anyone on this forum. Just have done things like this before.

What do people think of me just putting the boneless chicken legs on, and leaving them for an hour and a half at 300 degrees F? Is that a stupid idea or will it work?

I would be sure to check the temp at the end of the hour. You want to make sure they are done.
