Saturday morning breakfast...some leftover mashed potatoes, "smashed" on the griddle...cheddar cheese skirt...eggs...potatoes were great...crispy goodness





surrounded by love..



Dinner was turkey chopped up with some carrots, more "smashed" mashed potatoes,and "smashed" stuffing....cheddar on each component, then stacked: stuffing, potatoes, turkey and topped with gravy....'twas good!!




 
That looks great. I need to get more creative. Becuase I can't stand to eat another turkey quesadilla with tgiving sides.

I was just doing full "repeat" platters of the thanksgiving meal....great, but boring!
