Quintessential Chatty Farker
Well since there is a chilli TD going on right now and I did a brisket last weekend.......I figured why not enter the chilli TD
So here we go
First all the ingredients
Now after getting the brisket cubed up and adding most everything else to the crockpot I got the onion, garlic and pablano pepper ready to get some smoke and the MOINK balls ready to go as well.
So got everything smoked and the MOINKS done, chopped them all up and got em in the chilli
Now about 5 hours later had to look in and see how it was going
I had tossed the corn in about an hour earlier
And now........................
Time to eat!!!!!!!!
And this was some really dang good chilli. Everyone enjoyed it and there wasn't a bit left :thumb:
