Not sure if this would go here or in Q. I posted earlier this week that I had my first comp this week. I've never smoked a Brisket but that's what I was given. I think it went ok.

I think I'm gonna need more money...

I also want to say thank you to all you ladies and gents who have paved the way and learned the hard way and shared with us on here. Much appreciated.
