Picked up my New Lang 36 stretch yesterday

I will begin the seasoning process in an hour or so after getting it placed properly on my patio now I have 2 Lang 36 a Hybrid and a stretch.
I wanted to set them up like the twin 84's so the stretch is a left handed model.
I'm very happy with my setup
I would like to say Ben Lang if one of the nicest people I have ever met.

Dang you are ready to cook some food my friend, congrats on the new pit. :thumb:
 
I can imagine how thrilled you are. I just got the call today saying my 60D will be delivered Saturday.
I also wholeheartedly agree that Ben is one of the best folks I've met.
I visited the plant a few weeks ago and got to talk for a bit with him and his son Benjamin. I could have shot the bull with him for hours but he has a business to run and my wife was done talking BBQ and ready to head out to her style of shopping.
Please post up with pics of your seasoning steps and first cook. I'll be watching and drooling till mine gets here in 4 days!
 
Congratulations on the new cooker! Now comes the fun part...waiting stinks!
 
Ok finished the seasoning and setting up have one more day to get it just right.
cooking something this weekend then Sunday before Labor day The Feast is on
Pork Butt and ribs beef brisket and ribs chicken and sausage, the works.

Got it at Sams less than 300.00 its almost 3 years old they had them again
past spring its 5'x8' roof over hangs 4 inches all around.
The only options is its left handed so the would function side x side
I'm not sure when they changed the fire box is bigger than the hybrid
so is the warmer it has 3 shelves instead of 2 and taller and wider
than previous 36 stretch and of course a little more money
