Shrimp and Grits, Platypus style

i usually just saute the shrimp with some spices but i really like your idea of a roux based gravy!!! dish looks great! i would lick the plate clean!

Most excellent post Bob! Those look/sound delicious! I really enjoy the amount and quality of thought that goes into your cooking - great stuff for sure.
 
Cheesy grits, jalapeno cheese grits, grits-n-fish, grits-n-shrimp....All good, but if yer a grit guy, ya gotta have grits over runny eggs with salt, pepper, and butter, and a couple of big ole buttermilk bis... just done put sugar on them and eat them like breakfast cereal please....
