I'm tired of using just regular old cookie sheets for brisket/ribs. I'm looking to purchase a few full size sheet pans for rib/brisket. Anyone know of any on sale with upcoming black friday?

I bought a full pan off amazon and I love it! It's a MF to store and clean, but it's basically like adding 2' to my counter. Don't recall how much I paid for it, but it was pretty cheap- all aluminum, nice and light. I use it for prepping and slicing just about all of my cooks.

I line mine with 2 layers of butcher paper

makes cleanup a lot easier!

if you want full size sheet pans 18 X 26 (used for commercial baking) they are $9.22 each

if you want full size steamtable pans 2-1/2' deep they are $10.25 each

.

That's a good price but I noticed that its a different part number than mine. I wonder if it's heavy duty. Mine are really heavily built.

You should've hit the Venice Inn auction in Omaha. Went for $15 for 7 of them 18" x 26". I missed out as well since I was deer hunting, but I'm watching for more restaurant auctions.
