Found a yellow Tag picnic for 87cents#. Rubbed with bacon cayenne hot sauce, then massaged with yellow mustard then seasoned liberally with a Christmas Stocking high sugar rub. El Diablo mesquite lump with hickory mesquite and maple chunks in the Primo Oval XL. Beer is amber or dark only. Allegedly same health benefits as red red wine- allegedly-I chose to believe. "Mine" :))

At least I can sip on a Shiner while cooking! :)

Adams, seriously, that looks quite fantastic. One could not ask for a better way to spend what looks like a beautiful day than smoking pork and drinking Shiner Bock! (both of which are illegal here, so seriously, I am jealous!)

Thanks for the comments. Wife flys back in mid day from a golf trip. She ate Filet -and lobster with creme broulee and bread pudding. sp one night at Ruth Chris. Another night was Prime Rib with grilled wedge salad with a chocolate molten lava cake at Flemings.
