Red Snapper~ Pr0n

Bought a couple of Red Moses Snapper at the market.

Decided I wanted Spring Rain noodles and rice with them, and a Thai chili lemon and garlic sauce.

Prepped the snapper

Used prawns shallots, ****ake and chilies and made a broth, cooked the noodles in that!

Plated up shallow fried snapper, rice with black sesame and prawn spicy noodles.

Pretty awesome if I say so myself!

NICE! I've never done fish that way. Looks excellent! Maybe off topic but how do you like the knife? I've been window shopping Japanese knives for a while.

@ milligaj=I love them but I learned to use them in Japan, they are specialized knives.
Absolutely not general purpose.
