Have not cooked much for a couple weeks, today was nice around 73º. Went to the store this morning, no plans on making a Fatty. Saw some Johnsonville breakfast sausage for $1.00 for all 4 packs, sell date yesterday. Could not pass it up.

Skinning them was not to bad.

Brought it all together

Sharp knife to Butterfly it open

Filled it up with Onions, Yellow Pepper, Brown Sugar and Cheese with some fresh Ground Pepper

Added the most important item... Bacon

Last item some YardBird

On the Egg

Ready

Pretty Darn good, worth the effort

Those little sausage are good wrapped in bacon then smoked also! The fatty looks great though.
