Nicely done. Those ribs looked very moist, more so than most of my cooks.
 
So what's your opinion on the Rufus Teague? I can get that locally but hadn't tried it yet. Looks like that turned out real good like.
 
I normally use Stubbs spicy, and generally prefer BBQ sauce with a little kick. Decided to try the Rufus Teague since my wife is into the sweeter sauces. It was good, though I still prefer a sauce with a little spice.

The wife loved it.
 
I'd be proud to put a hurtin' on those... and that's a really nice looking knife you've got there.

Noticing a large group of Brethren from Pensacola! I grew up there - just a tad west of Pensacola actually. (Well you can only go a "tad" west of Pensacola or you'll be in Mobile Al)

Those are some great looking ribs! Love the damascus too. I'm using a Saji R2, a Kramer is on my bucket list :thumb:
