We have one for everything else Weber, so why not the mini-WSM?

I'll show you mine (with my sous chef), you show me yours. :becky:

Built it a week ago.

I've been meaning to cook on it, but it has been so hot and humid on Los Angeles and I've had family out visiting for the last several days that I haven't yet.

SJ Silver, Vasconia pot, drilled bottom. I can read the dial from inside the house. I love this thing!

Built this guy in May by drilling out the bottom.
It has taken over a lot of the light duty smoking that my WSM once performed.

Is that a Taylor thermocouple in the background??

It's a Thermoworks TW8060. Dual inputs with settable hi/lo alarms. got it for christmas last year. good little unit, i have a air probe for my offset, and until i can get more air probes, i'm using the meat probes to monitor the temps for each rack in the mini.

Here's my little guy:

And with the lifter mod so I don't have to take it aprt when trying to move it (especially when its lit).
