Threw some Baby Backs on this afternoon on my Rec Tec for an easy Sunday Dinner. Seasoned with Oakridge Dominator, one with Sucklebusters Pork rub, and one with John Henry's Peach. Served with Wicked Baked Beans http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/t/50945/dutchs-wicked-baked-beans
Which I thought were fabulous and so did everyone else.

No problem. I have to say that the beans went pretty quick. I cut the recipe in half and wish I hadn't.

Always interesting to hear about new rubs... John Henry sure makes some interesting options. Didn't know they make peach, but we sure enjoy their apple chipotle these days.
