Official entry: campfire burgers
Saturday night's campfire was still smoldering around brunch time, so I figured I might as well make use. Added some fuel and got it going again, and set up the grate from one of my spare kettles on some chimney brick. Busted out the Wagner griddle pan, and let it start getting nice and hot
threw down some nice simple home made burgers (ground beef, S&P, onions, worcestershire)

Let 'em get a nice crust, and gave 'em a turn. (emplyed the cute kid crutch/sous chef)

Since I hadn't eaten yet, I thought a fried egg was in order...sous chef thought that was the greatest idea ever, so 2 eggs it was. with crushed red pepper (he's been throwing that onto everything lately
)
