Official entry: campfire burgers

Saturday night's campfire was still smoldering around brunch time, so I figured I might as well make use. Added some fuel and got it going again, and set up the grate from one of my spare kettles on some chimney brick. Busted out the Wagner griddle pan, and let it start getting nice and hot

threw down some nice simple home made burgers (ground beef, S&P, onions, worcestershire)

Let 'em get a nice crust, and gave 'em a turn. (emplyed the cute kid crutch/sous chef)

Since I hadn't eaten yet, I thought a fried egg was in order...sous chef thought that was the greatest idea ever, so 2 eggs it was. with crushed red pepper (he's been throwing that onto everything lately :cool:)

I'll just toss this in here for fun. This is an entry.

Left-handed Ribeyes with Sautéed Spinach and Mushrooms and Foil Packet Potatoes and Onions

Parsley Lady and I tag-teamed on this. She did the sides and I grilled the steaks left-handed since my right hand is still in a cast. I wasn't planning this as a TD entry so I only got a picture of the finished plate.
