Jackie doing the Butter Pecan Ice Cream isn't she beautiful!!

I roasted the Chilli, let them rest in a pan with the lid on Then I vacuumed pact them and put in the freezer with the skin and seeds. I made some salsa out of five of them this is going to work wonders with my Green Chilli Pork Stew

I need to try this some day. Everyone is cooking hatch chilies.
Question,
Can you just toss your cooked chilies in a ziplock bag?

I do it all the time I have no Idea how long they will stay as chilli around here never last longer than a month.

Should have slipped one of them Big Jims into the ice cream:wink: I roast mine skin and remove the seeds then can them in 4 oz jelly jars last batch gave me 3 quarts bringing the total to 1 1/2 gal. These should last until almost next season unless it is a Cold winter and I consume more Green Chili stew.
