OK... I have a confession. Actually two.
1. It's 2% greek yogurt instead of sour cream. We've been using it in place of sour cream for a few weeks and it is vert good! I even used it in the beef stroganoff I made the other day.
2. When I went to make the cornbread we were very low on canola oil, and using olive oil in corn bread didn't sound good, so I use apple sauce in place of the rest of the oil. This may have been the best corn bread I've made!
