Babbling Farker
Got this recipe from webers book of burgers. I did change a few things though but they turned out great! I also made some roasted Brussel sprouts with mushrooms and made a bacon vinegratte to toss them in.
These were the ingredients for the sauce after I tasted it though I added some Siracha to give it a kick
For the patties I used 85% ground Turkey and mixed in some of the sauce and Panko bread crumbs. Then cooked on my gasser with my new grill grates. Wow these things are nice.
Once I flipped the burgers I topped with more sauce and threw on some pineapple slices
So good with some arugula, red onion and tomato
