Start with some Shopping
Got a big Cambro on CL for 160. Im happy and so are the others

Charcoal for 2 dollars a bag. I got the last 3 bags but the cashier begged me for a bag so I ended up with 2

Next day ..Cooking hot and fast on the Jambo
Fatties,county ribs,babyback ribs,NC style pork shoulder, competition chicken and pork butt .
Cooking with Apple and Pecan

Shoulder is looking nice..Salt only for the rub

Food is done!
