Does anyone know how long Blues Hog will keep in the fridge after opening? I don't see anything on the bottle and I've sent them an e-mail but they must be out for the holiday.

I've had a gallon jug of BH in my garage fridge since early summer that I use to replenish quart jars and it's still good...not much left but it's still good.
