16 butts on the Lang 84
Hope everyone out there has a great holiday. Thought I would upload a few pics of my last cooks before the turkey cooks tomorrow.
My good friend opened up a barber shop so he asked me to cook at his grand opening. Cooked 16 butts and a couple briskets on the Lang 84, pit ran great all night. Served a bunch of pulled pork sammies over a few hours. Was so proud of my daughter as she worked her butt off dealing with customers and making sandwiches, was a proud papa.
